The Double-Layer Safety Architecture features a double-walled mounting housing and a double-gasket chamber. It forms a double-barrier to prevent damage from burst hazards, from elevated internal pressures and from thermal expansion whilst in transport.

EU Specialized Torque Test Compliance – Our female threads have been reinforced to withstand high installation torque. Each of our valves has been subjected to specialized torque testing to ensure that our female threads will not fail or get damaged when installed on heavy appliance regulators.

100% Fully Automated Factory Inspection: 100% of all components including every valve leave the factory after having passed through automated inline testing stations, prior to being shipped off. The inline testing stations have been set up to 100% air-tightness test, burst-pressure test and surface defect test the valves.

EU-Imported Materials & Superior Chemical Resistance: This high quality rubber product is constructed from the very best premium raw materials that are directly imported from EU suppliers. The specially designed synthetic sealing elastomers used in these products will NOT harden, crack or swell due to corrosive refrigerants or liquid hydrocarbon gases.

OEM cans with special dimensions   For the special requirements of our customers, we can customize special-sized cans. The diameters of the 230g and 450g camping gas cartridges are 106mm. A can was customized with a diameter of 100mm for a UK customer. If you need cans with specific diameter or height, we have professional engineers who can design and manufacture it for you. The diameter of the refrigerant cans is usually 66mm and 73mm. Special height can be customized for you. For example, the height of a 66mm can could be from 120mm to 240mm. Our advantage is our good technical capabilities and short R&D cycle. OEM valve with special thread/tube   ­The thread specifications for our female valves are usually 7/16’-28 and 1/2’-16 acme.
