Product Overview

The Bluefire Aerosol Valve With Pipe is specifically designed for complete and continuous discharge of fluids or vapors from pressurized canisters. By fitting a high-precision plastic or metal dip tube (pipe) to the bottom orifice of the valve, this design allows for smooth withdrawal of liquids such as refrigerant, LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and other chemicals from the absolute bottom of containers.

This valve is offered in single-layer or double-layer design to meet various requirements on operating pressure and markets. While the single-layer version is the efficient and light weight solution for typical operating pressure, the heavy-duty double-layer design offers maximum seal protection and highest mechanical strength for high pressure applications in export markets to European Union (EU) countries. The valves with pipes are manufactured on fully automated assembly lines to ensure constant attachment force of the pipe, ideal alignment of the flow orifice and absence of any leaks even after long storage periods.

A can was customized with a diameter of 100mm for a UK customer. If you need cans with specific diameter or height, we have professional engineers who can design and manufacture it for you. The diameter of the refrigerant cans is usually 66mm and 73mm. Special height can be customized for you. For example, the height of a 66mm can could be from 120mm to 240mm. Our advantage is our good technical capabilities and short R&D cycle. OEM valve with special thread/tube   ­The thread specifications for our female valves are usually 7/16’-28 and 1/2’-16 acme. We have ordered many special threads for customers, such as 3/8’-24, 7/16’-28, etc., and both right-hand and left-hand threads can be produced.
