Raw material control

Strictly control the qualifications of suppliers.

Establish and manage the technical file system of each material and assembly parts.

­According to the incoming inspection procedures, each batch of raw materials must be subject to strict inspection. Any defective shall be returned or destroyed.

­For each batch of qualified raw materials, a batch number is assigned. With the tracking system established, and the traceability from the finished product to the raw materials must be achieved.

Process Management

­Optimize equipment and processes to enhance the reliability of the production line and minimize the rate of defective products.

­Improve the precision of equipment and tools, and reduce all potential risks and instabilities.

­We firmly believe that good products are manufactured, not by inspection.

Testing methodand frequency

Valve testing:

­Automatic gas tightness testing: 100% full inspection

­Automatic optical inspection by cameras: 100% full inspection

­Manual inspection (gas tightness and visual inspection): 10 – 20 % sampling inspection

Can testing (gas cartridge and refrigerant can):

­Automatic gas tightness testing: 100% full inspection

­Manual inspection (gas tightness and visual inspection): 10 – 20 % sampling inspection
