Accept the printing artwork with your logo/brand.   Bluefire can print your designs on camping gas cartridges and refrigerant cans. ­We have professional designers who can optimize your design drafts for you, and also design beautiful printed artworks for you individually. We can provide professional suggestions, to convert your artwork and ideas into suitable artworks for printing, and finally printing them perfectly on camping gas cartridges and refrigerant cans. OEM cans with special dimensions   For the special requirements of our customers, we can customize special-sized cans. The diameters of the 230g and 450g camping gas cartridges are 106mm. A can was customized with a diameter of 100mm for a UK customer. If you need cans with specific diameter or height, we have professional engineers who can design and manufacture it for you. The diameter of the refrigerant cans is usually 66mm and 73mm. Special height can be customized for you. For example, the height of a 66mm can could be from 120mm to 240mm. Our advantage is our good technical capabilities and short R&D cycle. OEM valve with special thread/tube   ­The thread specifications for our female valves are usually 7/16’-28 and 1/2’-16 acme. We have ordered many special threads for customers, such as 3/8’-24, 7/16’-28, etc., and both right-hand and left-hand threads can be produced. If you require a specific thread specification, Bluefire is the optimal choice. ­The female threaded valve can also be equipped with a pipe. The pipes usually has two purposes: a liquid introduction pipe or a positioning pipe. Different uses and lengths can all be customized according to your needs. Bluefire has the strong technical capabilities and unique thread processing technology, which can perfectly meet your customization requirements.

Raw material control Strictly control the qualifications of suppliers. Establish and manage the technical file system of each material and assembly parts. ­According to the incoming inspection procedures, each batch of raw materials must be subject to strict inspection. Any defective shall be returned or destroyed. ­For each batch of qualified raw materials, a batch number is assigned.
