Service commitments
1. Communication and Response Commitment
Response Time: Answer all inquiries within 24 hours, provide quotation within 48 hours.
Exclusive Liaison: Exclusive customer manager, to avoid wasting time during communication.
2.Sample Making and Customization Commitment
Sample making period: Completed within 7-10 working days (OEM printing).
Sample guarantee: The samples are 100% consistent with the actual bulk product in terms of quality.
Customization flexibility: Free basic logo design provided, personalized customization accepted within the minimum order quantity.
3.Delivery and Logistics Commitment
On-time Delivery Rate: On-time delivery rate ≥ 99%
Logistics Diversity: Various transportation methods such as sea freight, air freight, and railway are provided
Complete Documents: Provide complete and accurate documents with the goods (CIQ, CO, bill of lading, test reports, etc.)
4.After-sales and Warranty Commitment
Expiration date: If the product is kept in good condition, it shall not be less than three years.
Problem resolution time: For quality issues, a solution shall be provided within 48 hours and the customer complaint cycle shall be completed within 72 hours.
Compensation mechanism: Actual losses caused by our quality issues within the expiration date shall be borne by us.
5.Supply Chain Transparency Commitment
Production progress reporting: Update the production progress at least once a week.
Quality inspection support: Customers or third parties are welcome to conduct inspections at any time and the inspection reports will be provided by us.
Traceability: We guarantee that each batch of products can be traced back to the batch of raw materials and the production date.
